(Alliance News) - Saga PLC said Thursday Chair Patrick O'Sullivan bought shares worth GBP45,650 in the over-50s focused services firm in a transaction on Tuesday.
O'Sullivan - chair since 2018 - bought 100,000 shares at 45.65 pence each. Shares in Saga were 2.4% higher at 47.90 pence in London on Thursday.
The total holding of O'Sullivan after the transaction was not disclosed.
