(Alliance News) - Robinson PLC said its chair and boss were amongst a trio of executives who acquired shares in the packaging maker worth a combined GBP60,000 in separate transactions on Thursday.
Chair Alan Raleigh bought 36,145 shares at 83.0 pence each, worth GBP30,000 in total.
Chief Executive Officer Martin McGee acquired 24,096 shares at the same price, worth a total of GBP20,000.
Non-Executive Director Sara Halton bought 12,049 shares at the same price, worth a total of GBP10,000.
Shares in Robinson were untraded at 81.85p in London on Thursday.
After the transactions, the acquired shares constituted the entirety of each of the executives' holdings.
