LONDON (Alliance News) - ReNeuron Group PLC said a number of directors purchased shares on Thursday, including Non-Executive Chair John Berriman who bought 80,000 shares at 225 pence each.
On Thursday, shares in ReNeuron closed up 12% at 241.00p.
Berriman's GBP180,000 purchase took his total interest in the cell-based therapeutics developer to 90,434 shares or a 0.3% stake.
Simon Cartmell, a non-executive director, bought 7,758 shares at 225.55p each for GBP17,498, taking his interest to 15,633 shares or a 0.05% stake.
Another non-executive director, Chris Evans, bought 4,500 shares at 221.5p each for GBP9,967, lifting his interest to 244,605 shares or a 0.8% stake, and Non-Executive Director Mike Owen bought 4,237 - his entire holding and a 0.01% stake - for 236p per share for GBP9,999.
