DIRECTOR DEALINGS: President Energy Chairman Buys Four Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - President Energy PLC Wednesday said Chairman Peter Levine, through PLLG Investments Ltd, purchased 4.0 million shares at 5.0 pence per share on Tuesday.

Following the transaction, Levine owns about 121.8 million shares in the oil and gas exploration and production company, equivalent to a 23% stake.

The oil and gas stock was up 3.4% at 5.38p Wednesday.
