(Alliance News) - Plus500 Ltd on Tuesday announced further share purchases by co-founder Alon Gonen.
Gonen bought 234,549 shares in the contracts-for-difference provider on Friday last week, paying an average price of 710 pence per share. The shares were bought via Sparta 24 Ltd for a total of approximately GBP1.7 million.
Gonen has made a number of recent share purchases. Across Wednesday and Thursday last week, for example, he bought 468,469 shares for GBP3.3 million.
Plus500AU Pty Ltd Chief Executive Sean Murphy also bought shares on Friday last week, acquiring 4,000 shares for 700p per share on average, for GBP28,000 in total.
Shares in Plus500 closed up 1.9% at 727.44p in London on Tuesday.
