DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Playtech CEO Weizer Buys Over GBP50,000 In Shares

(Alliance News) - Playtech PLC said Chief Executive Officer Mor Weizer bought 19,000 shares at GBP2.78 each, worth GBP52,820 in total, on Monday.

Weizer's total shareholding following the purchase was not disclosed.

Shares in the gambling software developer were up 6.8% at 282.64 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.

Earlier on Monday, Playtech said it had been granted a regulatory approval by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to provide its casino product to the New Jersey market.

The FTSE 250-listed company expects to launch soon in New Jersey under its transactional waiver with online gambling company bet365 Group Ltd and Hard Rock Atlantic City.
