LONDON (Alliance News) - Origin Enterprises PLC Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Brendan Fitzgerald sold 50,000 shares at a price of EUR7.50 each Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Fitzgerald is interested in 557,321 shares, representing approximately 0.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
The stock closed at EUR7.65 up 0.6% Wednesday.
