DIRECTOR DEALINGS: OneSavings Bank Operations Head Nixon Sells Shares

(Alliance News) - OneSavings Bank PLC said Chief Operating Officer John Nixon sold shares in the company in a transaction on Monday.

Nixon disposed of 785,581 shares at a price of 399.9 pence each, totalling GBP3.1 million.

It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Nixon holds following the disposal.

OneSavings Bank shares closed 2.5% higher in London on Monday at 408.41p each.
