DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Ocado Secretary Abrams Sells GBP10 Million In Stock

(Alliance News) - Ocado Group PLC on Thursday said General Counsel & Company Secretary Neill Abrams sold shares in the online grocer in two transactions.

On Tuesday, Abrams sold 300,000 shares at a price of 1,362 pence each, while on Wednesday, he disposed 450,000 shares at 1,351p each. The total value of both transactions is GBP10.2 million.

Ocado did not disclose how many shares, if any, Abrams holds following the transactions.

Ocado shares closed 0.8% higher on Thursday in London at 1,361p each.
