LONDON (Alliance News) - Agricultural investment company Obtala said Chairman Miles Christian Pelham purchased 5.0 million shares at a price of 5.00 pence per share on Wednesday.

The transaction had a total value of GBP250,000.

Obtala shares were closed up 3.3% at 6.61 pence on Wednesday.
