DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Ncondezi Energy Director Buys 1.6 Million Shares

Ncondezi Energy Ltd - coal-fired power project in Mozambique - Non-Executive Director Scott Fletcher buys 1.6 million shares at average 5.56 pence, worth GBP89,794, on Tuesday. Fletcher had bought 2.2 million shares on Monday. Fletcher, the company's largest shareholder, joined the Ncondezi board at the end of October. He now has 60.7 million shares, a 17.4% stake.

Year-to-date change: down 21%
