(Alliance News) - MyCelx Technologies Corp said Chief Executive Officer Connie Mixon bought shares worth GBP247,500 in the clean water technology firm in a transaction on Friday, whilst the chair also made a smaller buy.
Mixon bought 450,000 shares at 55.00 pence each. Also on Friday, Chair Tim Eggar acquired 8,182 shares at the same price worth GBP4,500 in total.
Shares in MyCelx were 2.3% higher at 68.00p in London on Friday.
After the transactions, Mixon held 1.5 million shares in total in MyCelx and Eggar owned 140,511 shares.
