LONDON (Alliance News) - Metal Tiger PLC said Chief Executive Officer Paul Johnson bought 100,000 shares at 4.0 pence each on Friday.
Following the purchase, Johnson holds 9.6 million shares, equal to a 1.97% stake in the group.
The stock was up 18% at 4.50p Friday afternoon.
