Marshalls PLC - FTSE 250-listed hard landscaping products company - Spouse of Chief Executive Martyn Coffey sells 149,126 shares at GBP7.05 each for around GBP1.1 million in total.

Braveheart Investment Group PLC - UK-based investment firm - Director Trevor Brown sells 2.0 million shares at 60.125 pence each for around GBP1.2 million in total.

Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd - mine in Armenia and development assets in Kyrgyz Republic - Labro Investments Ltd, the majority of shares in which Chair Andersson is indirectly beneficially interested, buys 433,982 shares at 29.03p each on Tuesday, and 390,106 shares at 30.81p on Wednesday, for a total of around GBP246,175. He now has a 42% stake in the company.

Power Metal Resources PLC - UK-based metal exploration and development company - Chief Executive Paul Johnson buys 500,000 shares at 2.299p each, GBP11,495 in total, through his self-invested personal pension. He now has a 5.4% stake in the company.
