(Alliance News) - Majedie Investments PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director Mark Little acquired shares in the company in a transaction on Friday last week.
Little purchased 9,879 shares a ta price of 251.73 pence each, totalling GBP24,868.
Majedie Investments shares closed 0.7% lower in London on Monday at 246.40p each.
