LONDON (Alliance News) - Lowland Investment Company PLC Monday said that Peter Troughton, a director in the company acquired 59 shares at a price of 1442.00 pence per share last Friday, as part of a dividend reinvestment.
Troughton owns a 0.06% interest in the company, with a total of 15,523 shares.
Shares in the UK-based investment trust were up 0.6% Monday afternoon, trading at 1,436.00 pence per share.
