(Alliance News) - Lookers PLC on Monday said three directors purchased shares in the car dealership chain in three separate transactions on Friday.
Chief Executive Andrew Bruce acquired 192,000 shares at a price of 38.75 pence each, totalling GBP74,400. Following the purchase, the total interest of Bruce and his connected persons is 849,426 shares, representing 0.2% stake.
Chief Operating Officer Nigel McMin, meanwhile, bought 200,000 shares at the same price, worth GBP77,500. After the transaction, Nigel McMinn and his connected persons held a total of 360,000 shares, representing a 0.1% holding.
Finally, Guernsey Investments Ltd, a firm closely associated with Non-Executive Director Tony Bramall purchased 4.2 million shares at a price of 38.39p each, totalling GBP1.6 million. Following the deal, the total interest of Bramall and his connected persons is 67.7 million shares, representing a 17% stake.
Lookers shares closed up 0.4% in London on Monday at 42.65p each.
