Director dealings: Litigation Capital chair makes £0.54m purchase

(Sharecast News) - Litigation Capital Management disclosed a share purchase made by its chairman on Monday, worth more than £0.54m.
The AIM-traded litigation financier said its chair Jonathan Moulds bought 600,000 of its shares on the London Stock Exchange on 4 February, at a price of 90.6p each.

Following that, it said Moulds now had an interest in 1,575,000 shares, representing 1.3% of its share capital.

S4 Capital, meanwhile, found itself on both the buying and selling side of the list of deals on Monday, after one of its non-executive directors bought and sold more than £0.4m of shares.

The London-listed advertising and marketing group, established by industry veteran Martin Sorrell after his departure from WPP in 2018, said Paul Roy sold 80,000 of his personally-held shares for 502.01p each, for a total transaction value of £401,609.46.

On the same day, his self-invested personal pension (SIPP) purchased 80,000 shares for 506.12p apiece, for a total of £404,896.01.

Following the sale and purchase, S4 Capital said Roy continued to have an interest in 1,950,129 of its shares, representing 0.35% of its issued capital.
