(Alliance News) - K3 Capital Group PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Chair Ian Mattioli bought GBP99,999 worth of shares in a transaction on Tuesday.
The brokerage and corporate finance company said Mattioli purchased 40,650 shares at GBP2.46 each. Following the transaction, Mattioli together with his connected persons, has a total shareholding of 675,272 shares, reflecting 1.6% of the company's issued share capital.
The stock closed 7.1% higher at 263.50 pence each on Wednesday in London.
