LONDON (Alliance News) - Jersey Oil & Gas PLC on Tuesday said Chief Operating Officer Ronald Lansdell bought 53,100 shares at a price of 15.2125 pence per share on Friday.
Following this transaction, Lansdell holds 839,208 shares, which represents a 10% stake in the oil and gas company.
The stock was untraded at 15.00p Tuesday.
