DIRECTOR DEALINGS: ITV Senior Executive Lygo Buys GBP570,00 In Shares

(Alliance News) - ITV PLC said on Thursday that Director of Television Kevin Lygo purchased GBP569,361 worth of shares in the company.

Lygo bought 408,584 shares at a price of GBP1.39 per share on Wednesday.

Shares in the London-based broadcaster closed 1.60% higher at 143.20 pence on Thursday.
