LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas operator Ithaca Energy Inc said Tuesday Chairman Jack Lee bought 16,900 shares at 16,900 shares at CAD1.07 each on Monday.
The company also said Lee bought 82,600 shares at CAD1.06 each last Friday.
Following the purchases, Lee now holds 1.6 million shares, which represents 0.4% stake in the firm.
Last Friday Ithaca Energy said Lee will retire from the board following the company's annual general meeting on June 22.
Non-Executive Director Brad Hurtubise will succeed Lee as chairman.
The stock was up 3.3% at 56.81 pence Tuesday.
