LONDON (Alliance News) - International Greetings PLC Thursday said Paul Fineman, trustee of the The C M Fineman Accumulative & Maintenance Trust, transferred, for nil consideration, 288,246 shares to his sons.
The company also said it has been notified that a further 562,854 shares previously considered to be part of Fineman's non-beneficial interest no longer form part of his holding.
Following this transaction, Fineman now holds 4,413,857 shares, which represents a 7.7% stake in the company.
International Greetings shares were trading at 52.10 pence, up 0.60 pence, or 1.2%.
