DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Hikma Pharma CEO Excercises Options, Acquires Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Hikma Pharmaceutical PLC Friday said that Chief Executive Officer Said Darwazah exercised share options and acquired 79,800 shares at a price of 1,195 per share.

Darwazah holds a 5.62% stake in the company, with a total of more than 11.1 million shares.

Shares in the pharmaceutical company were trading 0.6% lower Friday afternoon, at 1,203.00 pence per share.
