(Alliance News) - Henderson Diversified Income Trust PLC on Wednesday said Director Win Robbins bought GBP46,990 worth of shares.
Robbins purchased 50,000 shares at a price of 93.98 pence each on Wednesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares he now holds following this transaction.
Shares in the investment firm were down 0.7% at 93.98p each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
Robbins' total shareholding following the transaction was not disclosed.
