(Alliance News) - Henderson Alternative Strategies Trust PLC said on Friday that its director Graham Oldroyd purchased GBP247,230 worth of shares in the company.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Oldroyd bought 90,000 shares at a price of 2.75 pence each.
It is unknown how many shares, if any, Oldroyd had in the company before the transaction.
Shares in Henderson closed 0.7% up at 274.00 pence each in London on Friday.
