DIRECTOR DEALINGS: GW Pharmaceuticals Chairman Sells 300,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - GW Pharmaceuticals PLC Friday said Chairman Geoffrey Guy sold a total of 300,000 shares in a series of transactions.

Guy sold 31,682 shares at 790 pence each on Friday, 138,318 shares at 804p each on Thursday and a further 130,000 shares at 808p each on Wednesday.

Last week the biopharmaceuticals firm said it intends to cancel its listing on AIM in London and will instead trade exclusively on New York's NASDAQ market.

The stock closed down 0.7% at 793.00p Friday.
