DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Glaxo Executives Acquire Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Tuesday said a group of executives including Chief Executive Andrew Witty and Chief Financial Officer Simon Dingemans acquired shares under the company share plan at a price of 1649.938 pence per share Monday.

The company also said Senior Vice President of Global Communications Philip Thomson acquired 2 shares under the company share plan at the same price Monday.


Shares in the global healthcare group closed at 1,638.00 down 0.76% pence Tuesday.
