DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Gaming Realms Chair Buckley Buys Shares

(Alliance News) - Gaming Realms PLC said that Executive Chair Michael Buckley bought GBP20,000 worth of shares in the company on Wednesday.

Buckley purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at 8 pence each. Following this purchase, Buckley has a beneficial interest in 27.3 million shares, representing 9.58% of the company's issued share capital.

Shares in the mobile games developer closed at 8.75p each, up 6.1%, in London on Wednesday.
