(Alliance News) - Finsbury Growth & Income Trust said Non-Executive Director Sandra Kelly bought GBP19,000 worth of shares in the investment trust.
Kelly bought 2,248 shares at 889.30 pence each in a transaction on Thursday.
Finsbury Growth & Income shares were up 0.3% at 892.00p at midday Friday in London.
Kelly's total shareholding following the transaction was not disclosed.
