DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Filta Non-Exec Sayers sells GBP1.7 million worth

Filta Group Holdings PLC - Rugby, England-based fryer management and other services for commercial kitchens - Non-Executive Director Roy Sayers sells 1.2 million shares at 140 pence, worth GBP1.7 million, on Friday last week. Sayers retains 8.5 million shares, a 29.2% stake. Filta says Sayers has confirmed he currently has no intention of selling further shares.

Diaceutics PLC - Belfast-based diagnostic commercialisation firm - Chief Financial Officer Philip White sells 200,000 shares at 123p, worth GBP246,000, on Monday. Diaceutics says the sale was to settle a personal tax liability. White retains 1.8 million shares, a 2.1% stake.

Smith & Nephew PLC - Watford, Hertfordshire-based medical devices - Mark Gladwell, president of Operations & GBS, sells 8,862 shares at GBP15.53, worth GBP137,649, on Friday last week. He has less than one share remaining.

Grafton Group PLC - Dublin-based building materials distributor and DIY retailer - CFO David Arnold and spouse Caroline Arnold sell 16,500 shares at GBP11.93 and GBP11.95, worth GBP196,895, on Tuesday.

BP PLC - London-based oil major - Non-Executive Director Johannes Teyssen buys 15,000 shares at EUR3.53, worth EUR52,940, on Wednesday last week.

Learning Technologies Group PLC - London-based digital learning and talent management technology and services - Chief Operating Officer Nick Bowyer and his wife sell 24,311 shares, their entire holding, at 175.00p, worth GBP42,544, on Wednesday last week.
