DIRECTOR DEALINGS: eve Sleep CFO Tim Parfitt Buys 500,000 Shares

(Alliance News) - eve Sleep PLC said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Tim Parfitt bought 500,000 shares on Tuesday, spending GBP11,000.

Parfitt bought the shares at 2.1999 pence each. The stock was down 14% on Wednesday morning in London at 1.83p.

The stock had risen as high as 2.50p on Tuesday at midday, after the online mattress seller reported a narrowed adjusted loss for 2019.

Parfitt holds 527,048 shares following the purchase.
