DIRECTOR DEALINGS: eServGlobal Executive Chairman Ups Stake

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile financial services company eServGlobal Ltd on Monday said Executive Chairman John Conoley bought 676,002 depository interests at a price of 2.25 pence per depository interest on Friday.

Following this transaction, Conoley's overall stake increased to 676,002 depository interests, or 0.25% of issued share capital.

Shares in eServGlobal closed down 3.8% at 1.92p Monday.
