Ergomed PLC - Guildford, England-based services to the pharmaceutical industry - Executive Chair Miroslav Reljanovic sells 1.2 million shares and Chief Financial Officer Richard Barfield sells 50,000, both at 1,200 pence, worth GBP15.0 million, on Tuesday. Ergomed says sales were "to meet demand from new and existing investors". Reljanovic retains 9.7 million shares, a 19.8% stake, while Barfield still has 50,000 shares.

Tate & Lyle PLC - London-based food ingredients - Jim Stutelberg, president of Primary Products, sells 110,000 shares at 730.01 pence, worth GBP803,011, on Thursday last week.

Croda International PLC - Yorkshire, England-based chemicals maker - Louise Fitzpatrick, an associate of Anthony Fitzpatrick, president of Performance Technologies & Industrial Chemicals, sells 7,586 shares at 9,120 pence, worth GBP691,843, on Tuesday.

Coca-Cola HBC AG - Swiss-based soft drinks bottler - General Counsel Jan Gustavsson sells 25,000 shares at GBP27.10, worth GBP675,522, on Tuesday. Separately, Chief Executive Officer Zoran Bogdanovic sells 5,000 shares at GBP27.00, worth GBP135,000, also on Tuesday. The shares were sold after Bogdanovic exercised options for the shares at GBP15.50, making a net gain of GBP56,994. Bogdanovic had sold 4,113 shares at GBP26.89 on Monday, having exercised options for the shares at GBP15.50, making a net gain of GBP46,453.
