(Alliance News) - Petroleum exploration & production company Enquest PLC on Monday said Double A Ltd, a trust associated with Chief Executive Officer Amjad Bseisu, bought shares.
In a transaction on Friday, Double A acquired 156,744 shares at a price of 17.9 pence per share for a total amount of GBP28,057.
Shares in Enquest - which has offices in the UK, Dubai and Malaysia - closed 0.7% lower at 18.69p each on Monday in London.
