(Alliance News) - Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas Ltd said Chief Executive Gil Holzman purchased shares in the exploration company in a transaction on Thursday.
Holzman acquired 33,865 shares at a price of 148 pence, totalling GBP50,120. Following the share purchase, Holzman holds 8.3 million shares, a 4.5% stake.
Shares in Eco Atlantic closed up 3.3% on Thursday in London at 155.00p each.
