(Alliance News) - DX Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Paul Goodson purchased 500,000 shares over Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
Goodson bought 400,000 shares at an average price of 11.78 pence per share on Tuesday for GBP47,120 followed by another 100,000 share purchase at 11.89p per share on average for GBP11,890.
Following the deals, Goodson's beneficial holding in the delivery company is 2.2 million shares or a 0.4% stake.
Shares in DX Group were up 1.5% at 12.05 pence on Wednesday.
