CRH PLC - Dublin-based building materials - Non-Executive Director Richard Fearon buys 30,000 shares at USD81.51 and USD83.65, worth USD2.5 million, in New York on Friday last week and on Monday.

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust PLC - invests in "overlooked" European small-cap stocks - Director Marc van Gelder buys 30,000 shares at GBP4.43, worth GBP132,900, on Tuesday. Now has 110,000 shares.

Taylor Maritime Investments Ltd - Non-Executive Director Charles Maltby buys 115,000 shares at GBP0.71, worth GBP81,371, on Monday and Tuesday. The purchase represents his only holding.

Inchcape PLC - London-based automotive distributor - Chief Executive Officer Duncan Tait buys 9,590 shares at GBP6.23, worth GBP59,698, on Tuesday. The purchase comes after Inchcape reports 2023 results on Tuesday, with pretax profit rising by 24% to GBP413 million from GBP333 million in 2022.
