LONDON (Alliance News) - Collagen Solutions PLC said Non-Executive Director Malcolm Gillies bought 438,714 shares at a price of 9 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Gillies now holds 1.7 million shares, which represents 0.96% stake in the firm.
On Tuesday, Collagen posted a narrowed pretax loss for the first half, driven by a surge in revenue and other income in the first half.
Shares in the collagen components manufacturer were down 0.1% at 8.99p Wednesday.
