DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Coca-Cola HBC Non-Exec Sells Shares After Options Exercise

LONDON (Alliance News) - Coca-Cola HBC AG Thursday said non-executive director Garyfallia Spyriouni sold 9,999 shares at a price of GBP19.55 each.

The share sale came after Spyriouni exercised options, 6,666 of which were exercised at GBP15.79 and 3,333 of which were acquired at GBP10.21.

The transactions occurred on September 18.

The 9,999 shares represent 0.003% shares of the company's share capital.

Coca-Cola HBC shares were Thursday quoted at 1,936 pence, down 34 pence, or 1.7%.
