LONDON (Alliance News) - Cluff Natural Resources Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Chris Matchette-Downes bought 23,592 shares at 1.23 pence each on Tuesday.
Matchette-Downes also purchased 89,528 shares at the same price on Tuesday. He now holds 113,120 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the company's total issued share capital.
The stock was down 3.8% at 1.27p Wednesday.
