LONDON (Alliance News) - CEPS PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director David Horner bought 27,510 shares at a price of 35 pence per share through his self-invested pension plan.
Following this transaction, Horner now holds 1 million shares, which represents 19.36% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the private equity firm were flat at 35.00 pence Wednesday.
