(Alliance News) - Card Factory PLC said Chief Executive Officer Karen Hubbard bought GBP22,088 worth of shares on Wednesday.

Hubbard bought 25,000 shares at a price of 88.35 pence each, meaning she now holds 173,822 shares in the group overall, reflecting a 0.1% stake.

Shares in the Wakefield-based greetings card retailer were up 0.3% at 89.95 pence on Wednesday in London.
