DIRECTOR DEALINGS: BP Executives, Directors Acquire Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - BP PLC Monday said that the following executive directors and directors within the company, all acquired shares at a price of GBO4.8005 per share, through participation in the company's ShareMatch UK Plan.

Executive Director Iain Conn and Chief Financial Officer Brian Gilvary acquired 68 shares each.

Group General Counsel Rupert Bondy, Executive vice president and group chief of staff Dev Sanyal, and Chief operating officer of production Bernard Looney, each acquired 65 shares each.

Shares in the oil and gas giant closed trading at 484.00 pence per share Monday, up 0.8%.
