LONDON (Alliance News) - BlueRock Diamonds PLC Wednesday said Chairman Paul Beck bought 50,000 shares at a price of 11.5 pence per share Tuesday.
Beck holds a beneficial interest in the diamond miner of 1.5 million shares, representing 4.8% of the issued share capital.
The stock was untraded at 11.5p Wednesday morning.
