(Alliance News) - Begbies Traynor Group PLC on Wednesday said Nicholas Towns, director of subsidiary Eddisons Insurance Services Ltd, sold shares in the corporate restructuring specialist.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Towns disposed 195,278 shares at a price of 77.00 pence each, worth GBP150,364.
Begbies Traynor shares were trading flat on Wednesday in London at 76.50p each.
The company did not report Towns's remaining stake, if any, following the transaction.
