LONDON (Alliance News) - Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd said Honor Weatherall, a close associate of Director Percy Weatherall, sold 1,900 shares at a price of USD68.65 per share on Tuesday.
Jardine Matheson has a range of interests, focused particularly in Asia, including in the automotive and dairy industries.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Percy Weatherall and his associated persons now hold in the company following the USD130,435 deal.
Shares in Jardine Matheson were untraded in London at USD62.35 each on Tuesday. In Singapore, the stock closed down 0.9% at USD67.88.
