DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Anpario Chairman Exercises Options, Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Anpario PLC Tuesday said Chairman Richard Rose exercised options over 20,000 shares and sold the shares at a price of 290 pence per share Monday.

Following the exercise and sale, Rose's interest remains unchanged at 31,057 shares, representing 0.16% of its issued share capital.

Shares in the agriculture company were quoted at 283.00p, down 10.50p, Tuesday morning.
