LONDON (Alliance News) - Animalcare Group PLC on Monday said that Chairman James Lambert sold 10,000 shares in the company at 254 pence each on Friday last week.
Lambert now owns 1.4 million shares in the company, equivalent to a 6.7% stake.
Shares in Animalcare closed up 1.0% at 254.00 pence on Monday.
