(Alliance News) - Acorn Income Fund Ltd said Non-Executive Chair Nigel Ward has bought shares worth just over GBP20,000 on Wednesday.
Ward purchased 7,000 Acorn shares at 340.5 pence each, for a total of GBP23,835. The stock closed down 1.9% on Wednesday in London at 336p a share.
Acorn did not say how many shares Ward now has.
